Join Chef’s Amberlea Childs (Plant Joy) and Melanie Manuel (previously Celesta’s Owner) for MIlwaukee’s first Vegan Supper Club. This one of a kind plant based dining experience is sure to enhance your taste buds, expand your vegan palate and leave you wanting the next event date.

Supper Club will be a private event with limited seating, pre-sold tickets and held at an undisclosed location in Port Washington.

Interested in HOSTING a Super Vegan SUPPER CLUB?
If you are interested in hosting a supper club event at said location or residence, we want to partner with you. We're seeking locations to host 20+ for a seated dinner experience. Hosts receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event in exchange for hosting.

Vegan Menu:

  • Course 1:  Welcome Old Fashioned Punch and Graze Board.

    A Trio of Dips: Shiitake Pâté, Butternut Hummus and Georgian Spinach Walnut Dip with Pomegranate (Ispanakhis Pkhali), Savory Tofu with Herbs, Holiday Cheese Ball, Fruit, Nuts & Olives (NA drinks available).

  • Course 2: Artisanal Relish Tray and Winter Bisque 
    Craft-Pickled Carrot, Cucumbers, Shallots, Vegan Pub Cheese and Fresh Bread followed with Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup with Colossal Crouton 

  • Course 3: Handcrafted Gnocchi 

    Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi with Fried Sage and Roasted Root Medley featuring Glazed Carrots, Red Onions, Parsnips, Fennel and Sweet Potato, Pistachio Dukkah  

  • Course 4: New York Style Cheesecake

    Graham Cracker Crust, Door County Cherry Sauce
