Air Fryer Magic
8/8/24 -THURSDAY
(Demo Class)
6pm - 8:30pm - Wauwatosa East HS

The air fryer is quite trendy right now and for a few good reasons. Reason 1; for health and Reason 2; for crunchy food with no/low oil. Compared to deep-frying, an air fryer can reduce the fat, calories and potentially harmful compounds in your food. It cooks fast by circulating hot air around the food, this rapid circulation makes food crispy. This class will demonstrate how to use and what foods are best to air fry. We’ll demo 3 plant-based recipes: Zucchini Fries, Eggrolls, and Stromboli, then eat. YES, Stromboli!

Cost $40 person

“I know of nothing else in medicine that can come close to what a plant-based diet can do. In theory, if everyone were to adopt this, I really believe we can cut health care costs by seventy to eighty percent. That's amazing. And it all comes from understanding nutrition, applying nutrition, and just watching the results."
