4/22/19 — Pressure Cooking One Pot Meals
Today the Instant Pot is a hot craze and this class will demonstrate how to use to create quick and easy meals. Pressure-cooking cooks food faster, it saves energy and it saves nutrients. We will demo three plant-based recipes using a traditional pressure cooker and an electric. Attendees will learn cooking in bulk, time saving tips, and how plant foods can prevent and reverse some diseases.

Milwaukee’s first vegan festival continues this year but in a new location.
This event will educate and inspire more people about the benefits of a vegan, plant-based lifestyle. Tofu is a great source of protein and full of vitamins, minerals, and good fats. It’s made from soy beans and if you’re eating a vegetarian diet, you’ll want to learn how easily tofu can become a staple in your kitchen.
