WEDNESDAY 11/13 — Plant-Based 101
My ___________ is a vegetarian, now what? Are you new to plant-based eating or someone in your family is? This transition focused class will discuss the power of plant foods, demonstrate new ingredients and how to use them. We’ll highlight a new grocery list, sample meals plans and recipes to help get you started. Class attendees will learn how food can be a medicine, then cover some science behind why plant foods fight disease.We’ll sample two plant based dishes and have discussion. Join us, you’re worth it!
