Today the Instant Pot is a hot craze and this class will demonstrate how to use to create quick and easy meals. Pressure-cooking cooks food faster, it saves energy and it saves nutrients. We will demo three plant-based recipes using a traditional pressure cooker and an electric. Attendees will learn cooking in bulk, time saving tips, and how plant foods can prevent and reverse some diseases.
