Join Chef Amberlea, of Plant Joy for a free cooking demo. She’ll entertain you, educate you and demonstrate a sautéed Cabbage and Fennel Salad with Roasted Chickpeas. This plant based dish is gluten free, light and in a yoghurt sauce. Participants will have samples and take home a copy of the recipe.

The cooking demo is a part of a larger event: Tosa Community Event located at Wauwatosa Underwood Church (1916 N Wauwatosa Ave).
